Return Policy

At Booleanworld Solutions Private Limited, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our Baadal device. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

- The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- The product must be in its original condition, with all tags, packaging material, accessories, invoice, courier receipt, and other documents intact.

- Any product that is damaged, altered, or missing accessories will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is successfully received and inspected, Booleanworld Solutions Private Limited will process the refund to your original payment method or a preferred refund option.

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

- If the original payment method is not available, we may offer store credit or an alternative refund option.

Refund and Cancellation for Service-Based Purchases

Since Booleanworld Solutions Private Limited provides hardware-based products, service-related refunds do not apply. However, for any software or service-based offerings:

- No refunds or cancellations will be entertained once the payment has been made.

- For any technical issues, our support team is available to assist and resolve concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order only if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped.

- Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

- If the order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- However, if the product has already been dispatched, customers may opt for a return request after delivery.

To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Booleanworld Solutions Private Limited ships Baadal across India.

- Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.

- We operate Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.

- Delivery is expected within 3-4 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for remote locations.

For pincode serviceability, we use reputed courier partners. In rare cases of unavoidable delays due to logistics challenges beyond our control, we request customers to cooperate as we strive to resolve such issues.

If an order is delayed beyond reasonable time or becomes untraceable, Booleanworld Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
