The following Information is collected by us from you through your use of our Application:

1. Personal Data : We collect personal information that you provide directly such as name, email address, phone number and other contact details, used to provide registration, verification and billing services.

2. Account Details: This includes username, password and other information necessary for creating and maintaining your account.

3. Payment Information: We collect payment details such credit/debit card information, billing address and other payment related data when you make in app purchases.

4. Device Information: We gather technical data about your mobile device type, operating system, App version, referral URL and device identifiers, connection data etc, for fraud prevention, security purposes, warranty registration, customer support services, providing desired functionality.

5. Location Data: If you enable location services, we may collect your device’s location data to provide location- based features.

6. Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our app, including the features you access, the duration of usage and any interactions with the app such as the chat and service history with us.

This data is collected via direct user input. No data is collected automatically or through third-party SDKs.

The My Baadal mobile application or the server does not access or use files uploaded by users to their devices.

Our software and App are designed from the ground up to ensure that no user data, especially any personal data without their consent, is transferred to us.

We, collect, receive, use , provide or process your personal data only based on your consent and only for lawful purposes. The purpose of the data collection are for the following reasons;

Storage Location: Personal data is stored on the user’s device and on our secure servers located in India.

We will respond to your request within thirty days after receiving it. Please be advised that if you exercise the rights to erase data, restrict, or object to our processing, or to withdraw your consent, we may not be able to continue our services to you if the necessary data is missing for processing.

The app does not currently use cookies or include a cookie consent mechanism.

 

9. Third-Party Services

At present, the app does not engage or integrate with any third-party services for the processing of personal data. The app is intended for the users aged 16 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 or the minimum age, in case if we are notified about the same, we will proceed to delete the information as soon as possible.
