These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyBaadal mobile application (“App”) and the associated Baadal device (“Device”), collectively referred to as the “Services”, developed and provided by BooleanWorld Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the App and/or Device, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Services.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse our Services or attempt to access them using unauthorized means.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and Device for personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, store, or share using the Services.

• You are responsible for ensuring compatibility between the App, Device, and your network environment.

4. Data Storage and Backup

While the Device is intended to function as a private cloud storage solution, we do not guarantee the integrity, availability, or security of your data. Users are strongly advised to maintain separate backups.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, damage to the Device, hardware failure, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services.

• We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from vulnerabilities or security breaches.

• Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

6. Device Warranty and Support

The Baadal Device is provided with a limited hardware warranty as outlined in the product documentation. This warranty does not cover:

• Software-related issues caused by user modification

• Damage resulting from misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair

• Data loss of any kind

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and Device, including but not limited to software, design, and branding, remain the property of BooleanWorld Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update the App, firmware, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason without notice or liability.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
