• The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition, with all tags, packaging material, accessories, invoice, courier receipt, and other documents intact.
• Any product that is damaged, altered, or missing accessories will not be eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order only if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped.

• Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• We operate Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.
• Delivery is expected within 3-4 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for remote locations.

For pincode serviceability, we use reputed courier partners. In rare cases of unavoidable delays due to logistics challenges beyond our control, we request customers to cooperate as we strive to resolve such issues.

If an order is delayed beyond reasonable time or becomes untraceable, Booleanworld Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
